Stretch Flex focuses on improving flexibility and range of motion through a full body deep muscular stretch. This 45 minute class will not only help you to lengthen and strengthen your muscles but it will help you to relax and mindfully connect with your body. Stretch Flex will provide you with a wealth of knowledge on how to stretch correctly and safely for your body, equipping you with the anatomical awareness which will benefit your day to day life as well as your own physical training. Stretch Flex will help you to achieve your personal flexibility goals through a variation of stretching and breathing techniques.


Get your blood pumping and your body moving with 45 minutes of cardio done the fun way. Mix easy to follow choreography with big tunes for an addictive workout. Dance Fit is filled with fun dance routines covering all genres of dance from hip-hop to salsa.
